Terms and disclosures

Placeholder. Have counsel replace this before launch. These are the points that matter.

1

Payout is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp., X Payments LLC, Robinhood Markets, Robinhood Chain, or Pons Labs, LLC.

2

Directing a token's creator fees to the Payout treasury constitutes acceptance of these terms by the deployer. The direction is permanent.

3

A named recipient is not a party to these terms. Receiving a payment does not make them a customer of Payout or an endorser of any token. A token can name any X account without that account's knowledge or consent; the opt-out page stops payments.

4

X Money availability, eligibility, claim windows and limits are determined by X. Payments to handles that cannot claim expire under X's policy and pass to the protocol treasury.

5

Tokens are high risk and most go to zero. Payout does not vet, endorse, or represent that any token is legitimate, safe, or worth anything.

6

Payouts may be taxable to the recipient. Payout does not issue tax documents and nothing here is tax advice. Where the law requires information before paying, the payout waits as a held balance.

7

Any protocol token, if one exists, is not a security, confers no rights, and gates nothing.
